WELCOME to EBSA

At EBSA, we believe that community baseball and fast-pitch softball should be open to all. Our no-cut house programs ensure that all registered players will have the opportunity to fully participate while our travel programs provide an inclusive, intensive, growth-based environment. We believe that ability to pay should not be a factor and so offer significant financial aid to all who need it. We believe in the value of participating in multiple sports. We make every effort to keep the game in perspective, insisting that players, parents, coaches, and umpires treat one another with respect.

Fall Baseball: The Next Level Awaits!

Big moves are happening this season! Our 3rd, 5th, and 7th graders are officially moving up to their next divisions.

Here is where everyone lands for the Fall:

ROOKIE (PreK-K): Welcoming our newest rising preschoolers to the game!

FARM 1/2: 1st graders are making the big move up to the large fields!

MIDDLE 34, FALCON 56, & RAVEN 78: Represent Evanston in competitive, travel-style games against nearby towns!

FALL SOFTBALL 26 - Fall II 2026

This program offers fast pitch softball in a competitive, but more recreational way than our travel option Evanston Express.

House Softball is a great way to learn a sport, develop skills and make new friends.

The division levels available:

K12 Division (Kindergarten. 1st Grade & 2nd Grade)
34 Division (3rd Grade & 4th Grade)
56 Division (5th Grade & 6th Grade)
78 Division (7th Grade & 8th Grade)

GrandSlam Tourney 26 - Summer 2026

The Grand Slam Tournament is a SECOND GRADE (SPRING '26)-only baseball event, played under Middle League Rules. Designed to give this year's kids a taste of the excitement and elevated play they'll experience in Middle League this Fall and next Spring, the Grand Slam has become one of the true treasures of EBSA baseball.

Mark your calendars: The tournament takes place on Sunday, July 19th!

Like last year, we're offering the tournament at no cost to families, relying instead on donations to help cover expenses and keep the tradition alive.
