Summer Softball Registration

[Summer softball registration for 2022 has closed. Please email to join the late registration waiting list]

During the summer, Evanston softball partners with Wilmette for a six-week season. We form Evanston teams that play in the Wilmette league. This year, games will be played on Monday evenings except the week of July 4th. Make-up games (rainouts) will be rescheduled whenever possible. All games are at Howard Park in Wilmette.

The season opens June 20 and ends August 1. Grades are based on what your child will be in the fall.

This is a combined player-pitch/coach-pitch level. This is the second level of player development with continued emphasis on improving throwing and catching skills and teaching players to be aggressive hitters. Players also get their first opportunity to pitch. Basic pitching skills are taught.

Grades 6/7/8/9/10

This level advances players skills further, introducing base-stealing and a greater emphasis on pitching development. Players continue to advance their basic throwing and catching skills, and developing stronger infield and outfield abilities becomes more important.

Scholarships are available for summer softball. To request a scholarship, please send an email to "". We request that participants pay a minimum of $25 per player for summer if possible.

Important Dates

EBSA Day at Northwestern Baseball

It was a great day Sunday May 15th at Rocky Miller Park for EBSA Day at the Northwestern Baseball game vs Purdue. Even though the 'Cats lost 7-2, EBSA players were on the field for the National Anthem and ran the bases after the game.

Thanks for a great day Northwestern Baseball! We look forward to doing this again in 2023.
